Snow Day Visit to Brooklyn Museum

January and February have been busy, busy around here! We’ve had loads of visitors and spent weekends getting out to see the city and explore. This past weekend, Tommy’s cousin, Ellen came to visit. Since it was snowing we spent Saturday at the Brooklyn Art Museum. They have a great selection of art and a beautiful building. I found that some of the pieces and the architecture lent themselves to being photographed and I wanted to share some of my favorites. The stained glass is Tiffany and the the red bowl is a piece by Dale Chihuly. There are few finer ways to enjoy a snowy Saturday than exploring a museum and I think we’ll definitely be back to this one!
